Now is the time to “Go Green.” RMA supports our clients in the move toward green building and sustainable design and construction. As a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), we commit to environmental stewardship through the incorporation of environmentally friendly construction practices and building materials. With in-house LEED Accredited Professionals bringing extensive expertise in green building principles, we are skillfully equipped to deliver projects that meet the certification criteria set forth by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). RMA begins the whole building design approach from the concept and design development phases with feasibility studies and a life cycle cost analysis. During construction, we continue to look for additional methods to achieve LEED credits. From reduced construction wastes to high efficiency equipment to the deliberate use of low-emitting materials to sustain a healthier indoor environment, RMA takes an integrated approach with our clients to assess LEED criteria and define strategies for meeting performance goals.
