Maintenance and Support Services

RMA has performed maintenance service contract work at military installations, including complete facility maintenance, grounds maintenance services, and cemetery maintenance services. RMA has supported federal agencies in regularly scheduled services for the following:

• Refuse collection and recycling
• Irrigation system maintenance and repair
• Mowing, edging, and fertilizing
• Plant and tree maintenance, trimming, pruning
• Paved lot sweeping
• Maintenance of recreation areas and playgrounds
• Medical and biomedical waste management
• Chillers and cooling towers maintenance, water chemical treatment analysis
• Medical gases
• Exhaust hoods and ducts
• Stairs, stairwells, and wall cleaning
• Fire protection system preventive maintenance, service maintenance, and certification
• Galley equipment maintenance
• Emergency generator preventive maintenance

RMA has served FEMA, GSA, and the U.S. Forest Service in emergency relief efforts by providing lodging, shower facilities, and kitchen units for law enforcement personnel. RMA also assisted with post Hurricane Katrina emergency response by providing living quarters for the Marshals and other personnel until it was clear for them to move back to their bases. These projects required rapid mobilization and response from RMA and our support forces.
