RMA was the prime contractor on the design-build renovation of 100 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at Buildings 106, 107, 110, and 111 at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. RMA performed the complete interior renovation for all dorm rooms (each approximately 850 square feet), featuring new flooring, paint (walls and ceiling), counter tops, cabinets and shelving; water-saving plumbing fixtures; kitchen and appliances; and replacement of all bathroom furnishings. All bedrooms were renovated and Energy Star appliances were installed in the kitchens.

The BEQs remained occupied during construction. RMA coordinated with the Housing Manager on a daily basis to ensure awareness of phasing activities and to efficiently relocate residents. Due to the precise planning and continuous communication, the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
