YUMA BORDER PATROL STATION HEADQUARTERS PARKING INSTALLATION

Location: Yuma, AZ

RMA was prime contractor for installing additional parking at the Headquarters of the Yuma Border Patrol Station. The scope of work included: demolition of existing pavement and a trench and trash trap; disposal of debris and the removed pavement; clear and grub; earthwork; underground electrical distribution lines; water distribution piping; and all site utilities. RMA installed concrete and asphalt pavement, curbs and gutters, traffic and handicap parking signs, and exterior lighting for the parking areas.

Work also included masonry, installation of a metal building, exterior building improvements, thermal and moisture protection, and installation of twelve (12) Government-furnished security cameras on poles and one on an existing building to provide security for the entire area.

This project was performed on schedule, within budget, and with no safety incidents.
