RMA Land Construction, Inc. (RMA) is performing as the prime contractor on the design and construction to correct HVAC deficiencies above the computer room at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Campus, and to remove and replace the existing deteriorated asphaltic concrete pavement at multiple parking lots within the VA’s Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, CA.

This project requires reactivating a 5-ton chilled water fan coil unit; relocating an existing 20-ton A/C unit; demolishing existing asphaltic parking lot pavement; and installing new asphaltic concrete parking lots, ADA-compliant sidewalks and pedestrian ramps, covered smoking shelter and traffic control markings.
