RMA was prime contractor for this interior renovation project at the Los Angeles Air Force Base Community Center. Work included the renovation of the interior event, conference, and office areas. The Center remained occupied during all construction activities. RMA’s work was scheduled around already planned events, such as conferences and weddings. This project had a strict time-frame: it had to be completed before the Air Force Generals Conference on November 13th. Beneficial occupancy was accomplished five days ahead of schedule. RMA completed this fast-tracked project ahead of schedule, within budget, and with zero safety incidents. RMA received a letter of commendation from the end user.
