RMA believes in building it right the first time. To establish superior standards, RMA has developed a Quality Control Program that produces measurable results and ensures client satisfaction. RMA hires and assigns qualified individuals who possess the professional training and technical expertise necessary to effectively perform their project-specific duties and responsibilities.
Our Quality Control Managers are the gateway to individual project success. They take responsibility for implementing and managing RMA's proven QC methodologies throughout the project. They monitor, document and resolve quality issues, ensuring that work is compliant with the contract plans and specifications. QC Managers also act as a liaison between the client and RMA for the QC Program, performing inspections and taking corrective action as necessary.
RMA's executive team is actively involved with the QC system, working hand and hand with the QC managers to continuously refine the process and procedures. The executive team also performs routine jobsite visits to advocate the commitment to quality and motivate personnel to exceed expectations. The focus on quality is company-wide with personnel at all levels completely dedicated to exceptional workmanship and attention to details.
Ensuring the safety of our personnel, subcontractors, clients and the public is paramount. With one of the best safety records in the industry, RMA is focused on getting everyone on the jobsite home safe to their families. Our safety program promotes an individual commitment from each team member and provides recognition to those who instill the safety values in their work practices. From executives and managers to experienced safety personnel and field employees, each person plays a role in safety planning and makes safety awareness a first priority.
To provide a safe work environment, safety briefings occur on a daily basis at the jobsite with a site-specific hazard analysis. RMA also provides general and specialized safety training courses throughout the year to offer employees opportunities for increased safety awareness. Our employees and subcontractors alike commit to the culture of “accident-free” best practices.
At RMA, we are dedicated to jobsite safety because ultimately, we are dedicated to the people who make up our company.
